		<description>This excellent post has triggered much debate around here...but that&#039;s a good thing because it created an opportunity to revisit a fundamental value we often forget about in our pursuit of Agility. 
That would be Humanity - the power to be kind, generous, honest in spite of harsh circumstances - something not for the weak. 

I think this story hides a very good ethical test that many &#039;distinguished professionals&#039; would unfortunately fail. And a message: we can always improve as human beings and there&#039;s no better way to start than caring more about who&#039;s around us.
 
One thing I&#039;d like to understand is why did you feel you &lt;i&gt;had to&lt;/i&gt; deliver the bad news? Sruthi deserved a Praise for her outstanding character, an Encouragement (to persist in spite of failures) and an Advice (one doesn&#039;t go very far without discipline: let your peers know if something urgent occurred).</description>
