Communication is one of Agile&#039;s pillars, but many don&#039;t really know how to create the connections that enhance communication. That&#039;s what this workshop is all about. I&#039;d like to go more in-depth with it and offer some ideas on maintaining relationships and dealing with conflict. Perhaps there are some fun/humorous workshop titles that play on &quot;flirting&quot;... Oh, and last, but not least for now: the ability to listen and truly understand is also a key component--your Agile Analysis tool is an excellent way to improve those skills. I look forward to more dialog!</description>
