Regarding the theoretical bias, i think you are right. We need to seek a balance. However as our communiuty grows in the practice (some companies in Finland have been adopting Agile for more than 5 years) we also evolve the questions we need to get answered. I saw a trend in this year&#039;s Scan-Agile that people were asking questions that were at a different level than last year. I think we&#039;re slowingly moving to the Ha level (as in Shu-Ha-Ri)
